Thank you for supporting Bearded Brother! Every order means the world to our family, and we take great care in making, packaging, and shipping your products.


Processing Time


Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, product launches, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Handmade products occasionally require additional time to ensure they meet our quality standards.


Shipping Methods


We currently ship throughout the United States using USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.


Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Delivery Times


Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.


- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–14 business days

- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bearded Brother is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.


Lost or Damaged Packages


Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under their control. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You're also welcome to contact us, and we'll do our best to help you resolve the issue.


Handmade Products


Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, design, or appearance are natural and make each item unique. 

Shipping & Warm Weather Notice

While we carefully package every order, accidents can occasionally happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to make it right.

Warm Weather & Balm Products

Because our balms are made with natural ingredients, they may soften or melt during transit in hot weather. If this happens, don't worry—the product is still perfectly safe and effective to use.

You have two options:

Option 1 (Recommended): Simply place the balm in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until it has completely solidified.

Option 2: If the balm has shifted or separated in the container, scoop it into a clean, microwave-safe container. Heat in 10-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted. Carefully pour it back into its original container, then place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until it has solidified.

Once firm, your balm is ready to use and will perform just as intended.
